Enterprise Performance Management software vendor CAMMS hosts Victorian State Government Forum
Enterprise Performance Management software vendor, CAMMS, is hosting a Victorian State Government Forum in Melbourne.
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE:
Melbourne, Australia, Monday 23 July, 2018 Global Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) software vendor, CAMMS – a world leader in planning and strategy, project, risk and meeting management software, as well as budgeting, workforce and analytics solutions – will be hosting a Victorian State Government Forum, Wednesday 25 July, at the Melbourne Cricket Ground.
There’s a constant burden on local Departments and Agencies in the State Government environment today, to bridge the gap between strategic intent and delivery of outcomes within their organisations. With the upcoming election in the Victorian region in November, the WoG reforms in progress and the onset of ‘outcome based’ reporting, further adds to the pressure faced within the State Government sector. Thus, it has become increasingly important for local departments to work collaboratively across government to implement change for the public and to demonstrate the effectiveness of delivery in achieving long-term outcomes.
CAMMS will be hosting an industry specialised event, aiming to interact with leaders from the Victorian State Government sector and enable a forum for attendees to address common industry problems. This forum will also provide the opportunity for attendees to hear client experiences from CAMMS’ recent partnerships with the Department of Premier and Cabinet in governing the WoG response to the Royal Commission into Family Violence as well as with other organisations using our solutions to support Benefits Realisation and Performance Reporting (e.g. BP3).

“The recent work we have done with our clients in Victoria highlights the importance of state governments managing their enterprise performance management through alignment of strategy with risk, project and talent management,” said CAMMS Regional Manager, Aaron Mullins.
“Looking at the current industry environment in Victoria, we’re looking forward to engaging with local leaders and identifying how CAMMS can help them thrive in times of reform and change,” he added.
The Keynote Speaker line up at the event includes Matthew McBeath, Director Family Violence Branch at the Department of Premier and Cabinet, and Ian Robertson, Manager Corporate Planning at the Department of Environment, Land, Water and Planning, who will be showcasing their organisations’ journey towards performance management success and vision for the next 12 months.
