From Australia and New Zealand, to the UK and Canada,
we’ve successfully helped dozens of organizations to manage projects and portfolios.
Mines Advisory Group, UK
Mines Advisory Group (MAG) is a UK-based humanitarian organization which works to clear landmines and unexploded ordnance from war-torn countries.
MAG finds and destroys, on average, more than 700 landmines and unexploded items every day across the globe, while also working to educate communities and train local people in landmine and unexploded bomb clearance.
MAG already had good information management processes in place, but was working with disparate systems, which became cumbersome and time-consuming. It identified a need to improve efficiency, uniting all of this data in an easy-to-use format.
Using our project management software, MAG has now integrated all of its data so it has one source of truth. It can plan and report against organizational strategy with ease, while managing projects in a more robust and user-friendly way.
MAG Director of Finance, Mick Darby, said cammsproject provided the best-value solution on the market that fit the organization’s brief.
“We were looking for a centralized information management system, from which we can extract both operational and financial data, providing a single version of the truth for both our headquarters and field-based teams,” he said.
Greater Shepparton City Council, Australia
One of the largest regional councils in Victoria, Australia, Greater Shepparton City Council used to work with disparate project management systems which did not integrate and produced contrasting spreadsheets.
All existing data was easily added into our system, and the council was able to replicate existing workflows, making the changeover process very smooth.
Senior Capital Planning Coordinator James Nolan said the council now had much better visibility and accountability for all of its projects.
“With the cammsproject solution in place within the organization we have increased the efficiency of our project management processes, whilst effectively managing our projects and programs from the Capital Bid stage through to implementation and project closure,” he said.
Dorset and Wiltshire Fire and Rescue Service, UK
In England, Dorset and Wiltshire Fire and Rescue Service were experiencing many challenges – they needed to protect a population of more than 1.45 million, but were facing funding cuts.
We worked with them to reduce their reporting burden, identify gaps and track trends and progress.
Chief Fire Officer Darren Gunter says the task was a difficult one.
“Providing transparency and accountability over 2500 square miles with such a diverse risk was never going to be easy,” he says.
But with our project management strategy in place, they succeeded.
But don’t just take our word for it
Here’s what our clients have to say
"We were looking for a centralized information management system, from which we can extract both operational and financial data, providing a single version of the truth for both our headquarters and field-based teams."
"We found it provided an excellent template for managing all aspects of a project during its life cycle, breaking it down into useful steps."
“It offers a seamless approach to project management with linkages to finance – from task up to vision – which was what we were after."
